Return/Refund Or Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
All refunds are issued as store credit. You will receive an email notification with the details of your store credit once your return has been processed. To use your store credit, simply log into your account on our website. The store credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase at checkout. Note: your store credit will be expire in 3 months
Yes, a return fee is charged for processing returned items and return fee is automatically deducted from the store credit issued to you as a refund.
You have only one chance to exchange your product. This means you cannot return or exchange the product you receive after the initial exchange.
